Crimicar Lane is in the popular area of Fulwood, South Yorkshire. The existing semi-detached house has been transformed with a side two storey extension. It has taken it from a three bed, small living home into a spacious five bed dwelling with a large open plan kitchen/diner flowing out into the garden. A new entrance porch to the front of the house allowed for more circulation and usable space for the clients to store shoes, coats, and welcome guests. The porch extends across the front of the new side extension creating a seamless join of the old house and new. Mimicking the bay window to the new extension provided additional space, light and views, to the master bedroom. The new front to back extension created ample space for a large kitchen island and even a fully equipped coffee station.
